Just a short little post today.

I picked up the new DeeTaleZ skin recently and wanted to do a head shot to show off the face, rather than just my standard blog pics. I am still learning to work on my new laptop (touchpad is wayyy different) so hopefully my edits don’t look so bad. They are a little off still from previously though. >.<

I <3 freckles on my skins and found this one pretty adorable.

I am also wearing a new hoodie from Epia available at The 100 Block. It is now available in the female version shown here, and has always been available for males. It comes in 5 different textures/color options all changeable via a menu.

The new round of The Boutique started today and I went on a bit of a crazed linden spending spree.
However, that means I got all new cute things, so it’s bearable

Pretty much everything shown here is from The Boutique – my hair, headband, skin, eyes, necklace… so much newness!

Gonna go into detail on a few items though because I feel chatty today. So first up is the Belleza skin – Ava.

This version of Ava is available in 5 different event make-ups, priced at 600L each. I am showing the #5 make-up in the Medium tone because this one was my favorite. <3

Also, the flower headband you see is from Noodles and also available at The Boutique. You can pick from several different colors as well as a few other flowery accessories. I got pretty excited when I saw this item because I love flowery headbands and hair accessories in general. Lately I feel like I have started some special collection of things to put on my head…so I had to grab this up. I might go back and get all the colors soon enough.

Lastly, and non Boutique related, I headed over to R3volt recently with the boyfriend and fell in love with this tank top:

It’s girly and adorable and comes with a HUD that offers so many customization options it’s insane. You can change just the top section, just the bottom AND just the bow. So you can mix match to your heart’s content. It took me forever to settle on this combo and I will definitely be checking out their future releases. I am starting to think HUD driven color options are winning me over lately. I love them.

Quick post this evening as I am a bit sleepy.

I have been meaning to show off the lovely new slink hand/feet appliers from DeeTaleZ which complement all the current skin tones available at the store. I have tried a few sets of hand appliers lately and so far the texturing job on this set is my favorite.

The skin I am wearing is also the newest release from DeeTalez, named Kat. This skin has a unique face, which is nice for when I want to take a step back from my “default” look. This skin is available in 5 tones and in addition to hand/feet appliers you can also pick up matching Tango appliers. Everything will match up perfectly

For today’s post.. I am a mermaid.

The skins from The Plastik, available at Fantasy Faire 2013 (which opens tomorrow) inspired this “under the sea” look:

In addition to the Draziira Skins, which I blogged in-depth the other day (here), Plastik offers the mermaid inspired Arkasia Skins.
The skins are available in over 20 different tone options, but the one I used in my photo, Klise, was my favorite.
As always there are an array of options available including make-up options, eyes and different versions of the base skin in each tone.

I love that I could mod the bras, so I tinted the stars to match my tail.

Sneak Peeks!

I have a couple sneak peeks today of a few things that will be released very soon!

The skin shown is an upcoming hunt gift from [PXL] for the With Love… Hunt. The hunt starts on November 3oth and this skin will be available for just 10L.
This hunt will definitely be on my “must do” list. I suggest you put it on yours too

Symphony

I have a love/hate relationship with snow in RL, but I found myself a snowy sim in SL for today’s pics.

I love snow in RL as long as I don’t have to drive in it.. ( then I hate it ) but I think it makes everything look so pretty.
