7.21.14

Finally set up a new build – The Rivershire Waterwheel from Trompe Loeil.

Rivershire Waterwheel

You can pick up this build at the current round of Collabor88. The interior is adorable but I haven’t finished decorating it yet, so I didn’t take any pictures of the inside.

I did however set up the Low Poly Lullaby set from Half Deer in the living room area.

Low Poly Lullaby.

This set is cute and does come pretty small-scale, but I re-sized it to make it larger. It’s available at The Chapter Four in the gacha room.

To the credits, I am still working on playing catch up.

Home <3 – 7.12.14

I rarely set up full furnished builds, but I really like the skybox from RageWorks at the current round of FaMESHed.
It was the perfect size for me and I plan to split up the decor/furnishings I did on it into 2 blogs. Today is everything but the bedroom, that gets its own post since it’s so stocked full of things :P

For now though, this post is pretty pic heavy <3

Home - 1

House - 2

Lastly, this living room set by MudHoney is available at Rhapsody. Today is the -last day- of Rhapsody but I am sure it will be moved to the store after that (sorry, so slow these days :( ).

Home - 3

To the credits, they are long but I tried to divide them up per picture.

6.16.14 – Bali Resort

The new round of The Garden/Boutique/Poser Pavilion by The Liaison Collaborative  started yesterday.

The theme of the current round is “Bali” and I fell in love with the Bali Resort set from 8f8.
I was able to incorporate a bunch of other things from The Garden into the resort set since everything fit the theme so nice:

Bali Resort

The Bali Resort set shown above does come in separate pieces, which makes it easy to build your own layout such as I did.
The piers and dock pieces can be easily positioned together to make the setup as small or as large as you’d like – including the huts that are separate as well so you can rez one or 10 :P

I took a bunch of smaller shots to show all the details that I put into the set up:

In addition, I wanted to go ahead and include a “fashion portion” of this post and it gave me a reason to actually put the furniture in the pictures to use:

This post is pretty pic heavy, so as you can imagine the credits are gonna be quite long. If I missed anything please feel free to ask <3

6.3.14

Today’s post is really pic heavy, but I got a bit carried away.

It took me a few days to finish this set up but I like it so much I am gonna just live in it lol -

The Boathouse.

Gone Fishing.

I am using the boathouse from EPIA. It is one of the rare items for The Arcade but TOTALLY worth the gamble. I rarely fall in love with builds from the outside all the way in, but I am really a huge fan of this one. The bottom level offers a cute docking area for boats as well as space to decorate as well. The upper level is two rooms but uses an open floor plan so there are not walls everywhere – which I love. It’s very easy to navigate and the textures are lovely.

I added the arcade items from Convair (3rd photo) since it fit my boat theme.

I also wanted to do a more cropped in shot so I decide to squeeze in a bit of fashion post with all the landscaping/decor:

Play It Again

To the credits – they are quite lengthy:

Blogging my kitchen today.

I forgot I had taken this photo a few days ago and then never posted it :

5.13.14

Most of this entire set up you see is available at the current round of FaMESHed. So if you are looking for a new kitchen or dining room set then it’s a one stop shop :P

Good Morning

I am up super early today ( well for me anyway, I love my sleep lol ) so I decided to blog my current bedroom set up.

Good Morning

The bed I am using is from Heart Homes and it is texture change and has several preset themes. I am using the “memories” theme but there are quite a few other themes available which suit a range of color palettes.

Most of the other stuff I had hiding away in my inventory, decorating always gives me a reason to use some of my older favorite things.

Good Morning - Details

On to the details, I have other rooms to blog next :P

4.27.14

I am switching lands in SL, so I am trying to blog any decor items I have set up before I have to pick it all up. D:
That being said, another decor post today <3

I tend to favor an older release from Trompe Loeil, the Gramercy Bedroom Suite. It seems no matter how many other beds I buy I flip back to this one eventually.

4.27.14

I set up this bedroom using a few items from current events around the grid, including The Home Show and FaMESHed – both which end in just a few days.

To the credits, I am a busy bee lately and need to go do 100 other things :P

4.22.14

I have been wearing today’s outfit for a while now but it’s casual and cute – so why not. :)

4.22.14

It’s later than I normally post but I really have been far too busy lately – just glad to get something done <3

The Cortona Villas

Today’s post is pretty pic heavy, but I didn’t even take pictures of all the areas I have set up yet :P

I LOVE the Cortona Villa’s build from Trompe Loeil. It is currently at Collabor88 for a crazy low price and rezzes all as one large piece with multiple rooms/linked builds:

The Cortona Villas

The MudHoney dining set available the Home Show fit the color scheme of this build nicely so I set up an outdoor dining area:

Outdoor Dining

Also, the new round of The Garden/Boutique/Poser Pavilion is underway and Pixel Mode made “The Senza Tempo Set” which I used in a wine cellar type room, which happens to be my favorite room that I have set up so far :D

Time for Wine

On to the credits, I have out-of-state family arriving for Easter so things are going to be crazy. >.<

4.2.14

Trying to catch up on blogging after being gone/busy the past few days – so I wanted to break out some of the new items from Home Show and FaMESHed.

Early Summer Getaway

{What Next} has an amazing beach type hut and dock set at Home Show. This set up you see took me a bit to put together because you can kind of build your own set up. The dock sections some in pieces – some combined or you can use single parts – and with stairs or ladders and boat dock add on’s. In addition you can also get a boat to match the set as well as light poles.

I added the new release from 11th Hour – The Repurposed Boat Bench – as a cute little spot to sit on my mini boardwalk village:

4.2.14

In addition there are also several small things scattered around best seen in these closer pics:

4.2.14 - 2

That’s all for now – I am off to make dinner and go for a walk – it’s finally so pretty outside :D
