7.25.14

I love my photo for today’s post… that really rarely ever happens (my own worst critic, blah blah blah) but it came out exactly as I had pictured it.

Left the front door open...

Most of the items shown are from various events – lots of them actually.
One of which is opening tomorrow, The Where the Wild Things Are – Summer Gacha event. You will be able to pick up the adorable wombats I have shown above in different colors. I rezzed them but you can wear them and they follow you around.
I never knew I found wombats so cute til now :P

I also love this build I am using from Vespertine. I need to take a photo from the outside, but I always find her textures so visually appealing – so I am actually attempting to set up allll the rooms.

Credits below – and I have a busy weekend ahead so hope everyone has a good one <3

Home <3 – 7.12.14

I rarely set up full furnished builds, but I really like the skybox from RageWorks at the current round of FaMESHed.
It was the perfect size for me and I plan to split up the decor/furnishings I did on it into 2 blogs. Today is everything but the bedroom, that gets its own post since it’s so stocked full of things :P

For now though, this post is pretty pic heavy <3

Home - 1

House - 2

Lastly, this living room set by MudHoney is available at Rhapsody. Today is the -last day- of Rhapsody but I am sure it will be moved to the store after that (sorry, so slow these days :( ).

Home - 3

To the credits, they are long but I tried to divide them up per picture.

6.16.14 – Bali Resort

The new round of The Garden/Boutique/Poser Pavilion by The Liaison Collaborative  started yesterday.

The theme of the current round is “Bali” and I fell in love with the Bali Resort set from 8f8.
I was able to incorporate a bunch of other things from The Garden into the resort set since everything fit the theme so nice:

Bali Resort

The Bali Resort set shown above does come in separate pieces, which makes it easy to build your own layout such as I did.
The piers and dock pieces can be easily positioned together to make the setup as small or as large as you’d like – including the huts that are separate as well so you can rez one or 10 :P

I took a bunch of smaller shots to show all the details that I put into the set up:

In addition, I wanted to go ahead and include a “fashion portion” of this post and it gave me a reason to actually put the furniture in the pictures to use:

This post is pretty pic heavy, so as you can imagine the credits are gonna be quite long. If I missed anything please feel free to ask <3

6.3.14

Today’s post is really pic heavy, but I got a bit carried away.

It took me a few days to finish this set up but I like it so much I am gonna just live in it lol -

The Boathouse.

Gone Fishing.

I am using the boathouse from EPIA. It is one of the rare items for The Arcade but TOTALLY worth the gamble. I rarely fall in love with builds from the outside all the way in, but I am really a huge fan of this one. The bottom level offers a cute docking area for boats as well as space to decorate as well. The upper level is two rooms but uses an open floor plan so there are not walls everywhere – which I love. It’s very easy to navigate and the textures are lovely.

I added the arcade items from Convair (3rd photo) since it fit my boat theme.

I also wanted to do a more cropped in shot so I decide to squeeze in a bit of fashion post with all the landscaping/decor:

Play It Again

To the credits – they are quite lengthy:

5.29.14

Sari-Sari is in the upcoming round of the Arcade – which opens June 1st.

The set they have available inspired my set up for today’s blog and I also mixed in a few other items for the Arcade as well:

5.29.14 - 2

Also a newer release from Aphrodite Shop is this cute brunch set:

Beachside Brunch

It comes with all the items shown, chairs, table and all the foods and drinks.

I have a few more posts in the works but I have been so busy lately, hopefully I get them up soon >.<

To the credits!

5.17.14

I recently set up a beach house for the first time in… well forever. I rarely ever like beach themed settings since I am not a huge fan of sand. However I love my current set up *.*

5.17.14

I am using the Karin Cottage from Trompe Loeil available at the current round of C88. It comes in several colors but I liked the Moss option.

In addition, The Liaison Collaborative opened on the 15th and this round is pretty amazing. The theme is Riviera so a lot of the items at The Garden portion of the event were perfect for setting up outside.

5.17.14

I have a few more decor posts coming as well, trying to get caught up!

4.2.14

Trying to catch up on blogging after being gone/busy the past few days – so I wanted to break out some of the new items from Home Show and FaMESHed.

Early Summer Getaway

{What Next} has an amazing beach type hut and dock set at Home Show. This set up you see took me a bit to put together because you can kind of build your own set up. The dock sections some in pieces – some combined or you can use single parts – and with stairs or ladders and boat dock add on’s. In addition you can also get a boat to match the set as well as light poles.

I added the new release from 11th Hour – The Repurposed Boat Bench – as a cute little spot to sit on my mini boardwalk village:

4.2.14

In addition there are also several small things scattered around best seen in these closer pics:

4.2.14 - 2

That’s all for now – I am off to make dinner and go for a walk – it’s finally so pretty outside :D

3.28.14

A sneak peek today for The Home Show 2014 – from Tarte.

This small bungalow will be available on April 1st!

3.28.14

This home has several small rooms (4 Rooms / Only 35 LI total) and is textured perfectly to suit those who like the shabby chic style. I plan to show the interior once it’s all decorated but for now all you get is the exterior shot :P

All the details for everything shown are below:

The Forgotten Garden

I have been working on setting up the new green house from Alouette and FINALLY after adding a few touches from the Forest Spring Concert Mini Event – I am finished :D

The Forgotten Garden.

I wanted it to resemble a little garden hideaway, that is why the interior doesn’t really look like your standard greenhouse. This greenhouse is available in 2 versions though, the one I am using and another with tables for more traditional usage. I am also using some newer items from .Lame furniture ( the bed, rug and lights) and I love the “worn in” fabric feel to all his items they are also texture change!).

Garden Hideaway

Here are some close up shots of all the little things:

Garden Hideaway - 2

I will probably leave this up for a while, mainly because I don’t have a normal house set up and I just really like this little build :P

On to the credits!

3.19.14

Decor post today!

I have been busy setting up the new skybox from What Next available at The Garden by The Liaison Collaborative.

So far I have just set up the living room/entry way area so I wanted to show those off today:

3.19.14

The shelving is built into the skybox and they do come empty. Any decor items you see I filled the shelves myself since I seem to have a large assortment of random knick knacks.

As always some closer shots of all the little items:

On to the credits as they always take a while.
