I love doing home/furnishing posts so today’s is gonna be pretty pic heavy and probably contain a lot of rambling 
I recently obtained lots of new furniture thanks to a few new store releases and events that are currently underway so I want to share alllll the things.
First up, going to show off some new furniture from HANDverk that I set up inside the Scarlet Creative Saturday Morning Simple Skybox.
The Barcelona Chair and Couch from HANDverk are made using realistic scaling so they fit better to the standard sizes of the SL avatars. That means your couch won’t look like it should be able to hold 40 people on it, but realistically seat one or two avatars nicely. I don’t often go crazy for animations in furniture, but I was honestly impressed with the cuddles that are built into this couch. I LOVE them. I wish now that I showed some of them in this post, but I am so happy with them I am liable to go back and do another post so you guys can see them all. The adult version of this couch even includes adult animations, in addition to the cuddles. It offers 62 different animations total.
One of my other favorite pieces shown here is the Origami Crane Set from 11th Hour. I love cute little things such as this that I can rez around to make my house look a little more “lived in”. The Origami Crane Set is a hunt item for the Royal Living Magazine Birds and Bees Hunt and you can hunt for it up to the 28th, which everyone should go do.

The Liaison Collaborative’s new event, The Garden, started its first cycle not that long ago and has SO MANY great items for outdoor landscaping. One of my favorite sets is the Sheryl Garden Pergola from MudHoney:
The Sheryl Set includes the chair, bench, wire table, rug, pergola, lantern, drum table and ceiling fan, which actually moves. I had so much fun setting up this scene and once I added all the little bunnies I loved it even more. Hope you enjoy the set up as much as I do!
The Garden will run until May 10th so you still have plenty of time to check it out.
