DeeTaleZ – Jarla

DeeTaleZ has a new skin in the “Around the World” line named Jarla.

Jarla will be released at cosmetics fair tomorrow – 1.15.14, but if you would like to try a demo ahead of time you can pick one up at the main store.

This skin is really well made and I feel gives my avy a unique look. My favorite tones are the two lighter tones – Nordic and Celtic – but all 4 skin tones are pretty and shown here ( skin is untouched/raw in all the rest of my photos ) :

In addition to the 4 skin tones there are black, brown, blonde and no brow options as well as 2 eye brow hair variations:

Jalwa also comes with a neat feature – tint-able lipsticks in 5 brightness/intensity levels as well as a mouth shadow on a tattoo layer which I have started wearing with my other skins as well ( I kinda like the effect it adds for some reason). The lipsticks are color change via editing the tattoo layer and the 5 intensity levels will offer different looks per color as well as work better with lighter or darker skin tones.

All the other features include a modifiable shape, lash and teeth alphas and 4 eyebrow shapers/bases.
Appliers for Lolas (Tango/Mirage), Slink Hands & Feet, Phat Azz and Loud mouth are also available.

Belleza – Ria

Ria is a new face from Belleza that will be available at Collabor88 starting at midnight – 1.8.14.

The skin will be available in all skin tones (pale, medium, sun-kissed and tan) as well as 4 brow colors, matte and gloss options for each lipstick and freckles and moles on tattoo layers. There are 5 make-ups per tone and since I showed my favorite above I will show the rest now along with all 4 brow colors ( I LOVE THE BROWN BROWS…don’t remember them being an option before) :

Collabor88 opened today!

This is my favorite monthly event so I am always excited for it…but the theme this month is all wintry and wonderful (Hibernate) so that just ups the excited’ness factor. (made up a word there lol).

Anyway, Glam Affair has the new Mokatana skin available at C88 in 8 different make-ups.
I LOVE THIS SKIN. The nose is adorable. I know it’s a weird thing to like but I really like the nose.

I paired it with the group gift hair from Truth (FREE HAIR) and went for a Christmas vibe in my photo above.

Clawtooth also has 2 new hairs for Collabor88 – Snuggle Party & Cozy Cutie – both with tied scarfs built-in to the hair. I am going to show 4 random color samples of each while showing all the make-ups for the Mokatana skin. These shots are all raw shots:

This time the Belleza skin Tara and Clawtooth’s Closer & Temptation hairs!

I did a fancy head shot as I normally do when I skin blog, and I really like this photo but I do feel like snow is attacking all my photos lately. I must be in the mood for snow 😛

I am wearing one of the rares in this photo, but all of the make-ups can be seen here in unedited shots as well as different variations of both the Closer and Temptation hairs – (The Clawtooth hairs – each machine contains 6 rares and 12 commons).

The large photo on the left is the Rare #1, but the 12 in boxes are commons.

There are 3 rares total and they are the freckly ones. But I ❤ freckles:

Since it’s sometimes hard to know exactly what you are getting from a gacha I will include all the official gacha keys for this post so if you are on a quest for something specific you can just refer to the ads! I have been checking them like crazy lately to know what it what… so they do come in handy ❤

Belleza – Nina

Belleza has a new face – Nina, which has been released TODAY.

I was in a “freckly” mood when trying on the different makeups and opted to do a head shot using the freckles. The freckles are on a tattoo layer, so if you are not a fan do not let that stop you as they are an optional add-on 🙂

Nina is available in the normal 7 skin tones: Fair, Pale, Medium, Sunkissed, Tan, Deep Tan and Mocha. Each tone is available in 12 make-ups and a “No brow” option and each make-up includes 5 eyebrow colors.

Lip tattoo’s are also available per tone so you can have some different lipstick options.

I didn’t feel like looking for a “location” for today’s blog, so I did the background myself.
I find it a lot less distracting too, but I seem to never be able to stick to a “format” for my blogging, no one probably cares anyway lol

But regardless –

Essences has the Song skin available at Cosmetic Fair, and I am wearing the Untouched makeup (01) in the above photos. I really like this skin a lot, sometimes the skins are hit or miss on my shape but this one fit nice without having to mod (which is a mega plus 😛 ). And the dress is new from Gawk! available at the Boho Culture Fair. I love this dress. It comes in 5 color choices and 2 knitting patterns per color.

Lastly, the poses I am using are from my own store, made exclusively for Bewbstock. A little Peace & Love 😛
Bewbstock caters to those that use the mesh boobies, but my stuff is always usable with or without them. 🙂

Collabor88 opened yesterday 😀

This event is easily one of my favorites and this round is fantastic. The theme is Black Magic which is perfect with Halloween just around the corner.

Glam Affair is offering up the Neva skin line in both Jamaica and Artic tones in 4 different make-ups per tone.

So, with Candy Fair opening tomorrow and so many designers offering such amazing items…I decided to redo my entire land in SL to make it candy themed 😡

As a result I am kinda slower than usual and I am going to have to do multiple posts because this one alone has a substantial amount of photos! But….everything is so cute. *.*

Doing one more quick blog post before bed!

I purchased the new “mesh butt” better known as the Phat Azz the day it was released but only recently got around to playing with it and adjusting my shape, ect. I tend to always be pretty open-minded with new things and love to try all the mesh add ons. So of course, I had to have the butt.

I have used it to shoot a few ads for my store but never blogged anything about it yet – til now.

I will refrain from posting a bunch of butt shots but it is possible to adjust your shape to make this butt not look GIGANTIC and actually appear normal yet bootylicious. 😛

Izzie’s released new lingerie recently with both lola’s and phat azz appliers. I do think it is smart for creators to offer these options just because there is a market for them and it is always nice to have options when I want clothing with appliers. That being said this lingerie set is extremely adorable and well made. I love it.

Some additional information for all those Phat Azz curious – I think the demo is a pretty weird example of the butt itself. I thought I looked ridiculous in the demo but being all adventurous I purchased it anyway just to see it skin matched and modded to my shape and it made a world of difference. A lot of popular skin stores have released skin appliers, just off the top of my head: Glam Affair, Belleza, Izzie’s, Deetalez and Filthy. I am sure others have as well but those are all the brands I can think of at the moment.

I have also seen people say they are not a fan of the thigh gap. I was able to minimize that by adjusting my hip sliders and using one of the butt options with thicker legs. The butt does come with multiple options for legs, but just one size for the butt itself. Regular, thicker legs and more inner thighs. I played with several other sliders on my shape to try to make myself more proportioned and was pretty happy with the result. I do think the butt looks best with the mesh boobs too, but I could just be biased since I love my lola’s. lol
